I believe your whole premise is wrong not your maths ,I dont believe you have to pay for a second coach for the entire 3 weeks unless you want an over 100% player at the start of the season. I think the option is there if managers want it but not necessary to do it. I will I believe get an 85% player at season start by only using a local coach once. With 5k greens i wouldn't be using the academy either, but next season I'm getting a ST/AMC with free kick ability and hasn't cost me very much, nice feature let's only look at the final picture to confirm it!
well after all those comments i waited to see myself how it will going, and it is awfull, one good idea with great improvement turned into greed sink, if i need to pay 100 tokens to get SA on youth player it isnt worth it ,
for those tokens needed to spend to get good young i can refresh all my team for next season from scout and get more use, so nordeus pls dont improve game anymore, i am afraid that next improvement probably will make game over for great ammount of current players

But then at least give the exact player that you showed when managers paid up the full token price. It is about fairness, openness, transparency and common decency. Technical issues are not players’ faults, so the very least is undo-ing the transaction if Nordeus cannot honour the player transaction. There are no 2 ways about this.
Running campaigns in this way would just make all players hesitant in joining in the future, and at the end Nordeus will suffer from its own way of handling issues.
Not criticising here, but just an honest reflection of how a common buyer-and-seller relationship will become sour when things go wrong.
What do we think if the intense coach adding 40+% to the 65% youth player? 88 tokens plus some blues and reds seems a lot but could be worth it for a 100+% 18yo?
