Youth players and AVQ at season start

Hello,

My question is, if we keep the youth players in the end of season, but don't sign them before the league starts, does it make any difference in the league draw?

Sign on the first day or sign only after 3rd day... is the same for the top 14??

League draw is made at season start. So at day 1 of the season 02:30 CET. What you do after that, does not matter anymore.
