How does the discard players work? How is it related to football? What s my fault that the game decided to discard the players?

You can learn, how the game works. Or you can play and go in your own. The variability of scenarios is created by selectig different players as protagonists, different conditionants, because this is a game, so basically a programmed engine which have parameters to do the simulation and create a realistic situation.
