Friendly 11vs11 Greek National Team VS International 11

Feel free to join the OUT Game Government Institution, mainly for L20+ managers (aka Professional Managers)
This experimental tournament can suffer variations like allow 3 captains of 150% teams to allow some flexibility for these managers joining from the Top Server, which are stuck.
If thats the case, the rules will remain, but, the 3 first listed players will have a captains advantadge been allowed to use a 150% AvQ team.
Listing 1st to 3rd per Main captain, and 2nd 3rd per level and as mentioned before per titles earned.
Remember it's a experimental tournament that probably will be played in a playoff format, facing the 11 vs 11.

"So update, we will do a single match, the Greek National team VS a International Combinate of managers. Stevan Jankovic Nicholas Leow Pnr Pongsuthirak Palash Mitra are now listed inside the International team. Let's no give President Roles, but, teams will have a Main Captain, listed as 1st, a 2nd and 3rd captain, listed by Level, and these 3 Managers will be allowed to have a Starting AVQ of 150% . The other 8 Mnaagers will play with our common rules, 114,9% AvQ, no 1-3* allowed, and they will be, listed (4th to 11th) per level, which will decide the draws. International Team will play the Home Leg, and we will count the Points earned by the 11 managers + GD of both Legs to determine the winner."
