I had defensive/hard defensive and conceded 2 goals from like 3 shots against a 18% worse opponent.
the mentality doesn t even matter

I think Khris may have been joking as there is a saying “don’t touch the red button’ as it causes destruction so basically he said it as if, “did you press any red (self destruction) buttons before you conceded those 3 goals? Lol.”

It is sort of funny, that guy must have been jumping around the place in celebration lol.

I was normal until the 30th minute , and after that defensive until 1-1 and after that 2-1.
I knew the BS will come around me so i tried to prevent it.

Well, my question, is related to a "settings change", mainly. It have a logic, that for example, if you had a favourable score playing attacking, and you switch to very defensive to try to defend -nonexistent concept in this game- then you can concede 3 goals and have a logic. by my viewpoint, ofc.

No, I did not change to defensive, I kept it at normal and we got lashed then. We will come back stronger next season, we have done very well for the teams we have drawn this season, we are finished with cup competitions this season now, at least I can build up rests for next season, which could really be a blessing in disguise, it is what we really needed, we needed to lose and we can start fresh again next season, I will cherish having all 4 trophies on my profile for the last few days and then it will be gone.

i didn t played attacking or hard attacking despire my monstrous attack.
I just watched my players miss chance after chance being one on one with the oppo s gk.
he was superman, abysmal.

So we reached the CL final, after a 4-1 win in the away game, we lost 1-2 at home, but with the opponent being over 20% stronger (157%) I'm more than happy with that. Unfortunately my chances in the final will be again very slim with a 161% opponent, also very good manager, awaiting.
In League we need 1 more win out of the last 3 games to secure the title.

From my point of view don't touch the settings if everything is working for you.

Ludovic who used to score on almost every Free Kick can't even score 40 percent of the free kicks after I trained him AML position.

If any formation or orders are working fine for you keep on persisting with it. Don't keep on changing and chopping.

In OMA competition all my team did fairly well and I never changed any settings or orders or formation ever. Never used arrows on any of my players.

i don t think that me going defensive from normal is the cause of my players missing one on one with the oppo s GK 3 or 4 times during the game.

I didn’t change anything as I was 4-1 up before their quick fire scoring and it was going well until that point.

What I am learning this season and also the seasons before is, that having 11 players of around the same quality, all with good skills, is really helping the average performance of your team. I think Khris is very right with his theory, that the game picks a few players every game, who are set to contribute.
Having 1 or 2 star players is nice, but when some players of your team are bad or below average, you have some very good results, but also many bad results, especially vs opponents of similar quality. This season my best player is 155%, but the worst is still 123% and all have more or less high white attributes. I had not a single troll result. I lost 3 matches, all were close and vs very good opponents.
