You got a decent 18 year old. The ball is in your court. Wingers like AML/AMR or ML/MR helps the team more for a long time if managed properly while MC's will always be there to chip in goals and assists here and there just not like the wingers.

If you want him to be with you for a long time and have more impact on the team, make him an amr.
