Need help with a Player developing position

So, I use the today offer of get back up to 60% of the tokens you spent and look for a young player, a fast trainer with some luck, and got a pretty nice deal:










My to go formation is mostly 4-2-2-2 or 3-1-2-2-2. So, my doubt is if should I convert him to MC or to AMR? My actual AMR (Lodders) is kinda "old" with 24 years (86% OA), but he was one of my most important players the last 3 seasons, including 46 league goals 2 seasons ago. In the other hand, my 2 MC (Aouadhi 86% and Fierros 108%) are 22 and 26 years each, so...


So, should I transform him on AMR (to replace Lodders) or MC (to replace Aouadhi)? I want to play to AMR and AML always because they score a lot of goals.
