    No llegaron mis tokens

    Buen dΓ­a, comprΓ© tokens hace 72hrs y no me han llegado... me pueden ayudar?

    Hi I did not get the tokens i bought 72hrs ago... can you help me? I have played for 8 years and I have not had this problem i the past... where can i send my gopgle play recipt?

    In top eleven game, press this "Question mark". After you scroll down look and press again "Shop" and there you will see "I have not received the tokens, but i got charged". Do the steps they wrote in order to solve this problem.
    "En el juego once superior, presiona este "signo de interrogaciΓ³n". DespuΓ©s de desplazarse hacia abajo, mire y presione nuevamente "Tienda" y allΓ­ verΓ‘ "No he recibido los tokens, pero me cobraron". Siga los pasos que escribieron para resolver este problema."

    Thanks for your answer... i did it and there says: "please contact us" senfing your receipt... but i dont know where i can send it... how contact supoort... what I did was start a conversations attaching the receipt photo but no answer...

    Hola Kris... gracias por tu ayuda... no sΓ© qie formulario llenar... en la app solo dice enviar el recibo (tiquet) de google play a los administradores... pero no sΓ© como enviarselos... gracias nuevamente
