My 19 y.o won't increase the point when learning a new role

I feel so bad when managers waste so much of their resources because then don't know how training works.

Can't Nordeus come up with a post on how training works on their social media platform ?

Its not their job . They wont give you they key to success. In games you have to explore by yourself. There are already many posts in forum/fb/discord , videos on youtube and so , by experienced managers.But anyways , I agree with you that some things have to explained , with a clear answer , that have been confusing people for years.
