I have posts in the facebook groups where I ask questions that are not comfortable to answer. Posting them here was denied for obvious reasons. At the end of the day the real problems remain and with nordeus's pace we can expect them to be resolved in the next 3-4 years. Seems like everything else is alright , tanking, upselling - all good , but the friendlies were the main problem... WRONG.
