It's simple, a team lose a 20% -5AvQ- because in the next level the same star needs 5 more points to be earned, so, level 1, 5* is 20 points AvQ, level 2, 5* is 25 points, and so... the % is relative to the star, been 80% the 5* always in each level, so, if he lost the 20% is because he was promoted.
The league table will show on day 3, many people wait till day 3 to be 100% sure if they were promoted as 9th, 10th 11th or even 12th, but you can go to the "Club" screen where you can check out your current Club Level, that should be +1 from previous season in this particular case.
but i didn't go up a level i finished 11th in level 81 and are still on level 81 ? i could understand if was level 82 this season but i am not
