Cause those players last 1 or 2 seasons and players that I train can last until retirement. Here is Alambene, player that I trained when he was 19. I am investing in far future not in 1 season.Season 145 - Are you ready?-screenshot_2021-05-28-16-17-37-990_eu.nordeus.topeleven.android.jpgSeason 145 - Are you ready?-screenshot_2021-05-28-16-17-43-217_eu.nordeus.topeleven.android.jpg

No man, let me explain again. I said he is F16, which means he get 1 skill point to speciallity or position with 16 mixed very easy drills.
More simple, 6+6+4=12 very easy drills which is about 4,5+4,5+3=12% condition. F15 is much better but hard to find, most academy players are F20 or even more. So, F15 is good for players 3* and 4* but for 5* that is F18 etc (it slower 35-40% with every new *).
