We've seen this event structure before, but I'm not sure how the opposition quality was decided - looks very high compared to similar previous events. If ours is anything to go by there will be some teams in Associations that don't stand a chance of ever winning a game, let alone getting through the phases.

Our Association is fairly level, with the highest quality team at 134% and our lowest at 120%. The opposition in Phase 2 are all above 135% and in Phase 3 they're all about 140%. I don't think we're going to get very far, but we'll see.
