Does this mean we will earn associations points from the event? Are they going to apply for our regular division standings? If yes, then I think this would be veeery unfair against the heavy manipulators in our division.

Or does that mean our progress in the event will be recorded by the new point system? That would mean our multipliers will also apply to the event points, right?

We've seen this event structure before, but I'm not sure how the opposition quality was decided - looks very high compared to similar previous events. If ours is anything to go by there will be some teams in Associations that don't stand a chance of ever winning a game, let alone getting through the phases.

Our Association is fairly level, with the highest quality team at 134% and our lowest at 120%. The opposition in Phase 2 are all above 135% and in Phase 3 they're all about 140%. I don't think we're going to get very far, but we'll see.

Seriously?! So you post the tournament rules (both in game and on forum), but have the game code that does not correspond to your own rules and which is much less favorable to players. Then you "Apologize for the inconvenience"... and change the tournament rules. Wow!
