My experience says he might not be a fast trainer, isn't it? How do you define players as assistant or scorer? And how can you know that you don't have any scorer in your squad?

Cause the contibution is spread, Ive not seen a attacking player scoring twice in 2 games in a row... this automatically tell me that the dominance power is so spread and each game will be decided by different players.
He's an assistant mainly because when he's in from the GK, passes the ball, and have high ratio missing chances, only scored when had Corner assists mainly.
And IMO he trains quite decently, won 2 cones per round of hard condition training when I trained the SA so I'm not disappointed.

But since I don't have a main player resolving situations in every single match even vs a 1* team, this tell me that the season with these guys will not be easy...
