To simplify:
Try and have the training score over 100, for that you need to test yourself different combination of drills, if i remember correctly it is very easy, very easy, easy, medium, hard , very hard. Include 1 TeamPlay Drill in those 6 drills that will have the score over 100, while also using the 100% bonuses ad.
Increase team bonuses with 4 bench players using 2 drills (easy+medium( for each bonus (possesion, attack, defense, physical).
The guy made it too complicated with the acronyms.

to increase main squad sharpness from 4 to 5 with minimal condition lose I am using very easy, easy , medium, hard, very hard, and include in this training 2x starter teamplay drills. Example:
with new update from yesterday this is optimal for me

In the old training you just needed to train your entire team twice with 12 drills (2 x 6) and use the 2x bonus, and it would use up 12.20 condition (2 x 6.10).
(“Warm-up”, “Stretch”, “Video Analysis”, “video analysis”, “Pass, Go and Shoot!, and “skill drill”.

Forget it, it's not worth it. It's a waste of time I stopped playing it 7 days ago and I don't regret it. As soon as you stop, you'll forget it exists at all.

Khris could it be that some managers can not buy or claim Teamplay drills.
I just updated to newest version and still can not find the in the shop and in the training section of the game?
