Games like this exist from ppl who buy their service.If one game dont have custumers game die.I give them my smal part to keep exist.Its my choise i am not dumb.T11 have a lot of custumers some of them spend more money,some spend litle some 0.But i think that they have enough custumers who suport them buying their service.so they are obliged to provide support for their game.

But this is still a very huge game, it might take a lot of time to get your problem fixed, admins are always busy, they always have something to do.
Just be patient and I hope you get back your money, or at least your tokens.
