the formula for these young players is ... usually fast trainers are for Tokens 18 and 24 (some poeple say they saw player for 32 T but I think they smoke too much magic stuff as I havent seen someone for more tokens than 24) . fairly they are fast trainers, problem is they are 4* players and I would need roughly 25-74 green packs to train up and I simply dont have resources and time (to log in every hour for 3-4 skills from training) but if you plan to tank that season, its OK , you have 28 days advantage so do it than
