A low end 4* 21 year old at 20Q for power training to 6* and SA, think 3 scouts from Mr.Scout would be the best option in this circumstance.

18 or 19, Yes. but not at 21, when he will be in the next training bracket next season.

Buy a 22 year old 4/9 scout if theres one on your list or closest to it. That would be the best use of 50T rather than PT the 21 year old.

Thats a shame, But him tanking the season is almost as good as quitting the game because you won't be the same level anymore. I guess though if being at the top level and all the T-Buyers just buy anything good, then he is soon not gonna be able to compete without buying any T (except if farming is available).

Yeah, but I believe he is trying to play "illegal formation" for the season to come and due the meantime just farm Tokens and cut all expenses. You know just stockpile as much as he can. Then when he feels that "okey, I believe now I can buy some descent players without being outbidded all the time" then he will start to be active again.

He isn't a T-buyer, but he has been having a quite good squad since lvl 2 (all 5* + couple of scouts) and been my 1th challenger and rival in the league + cl. I think I would consider to "tank" myself a couple of season if I didn't buy any Tokens.
