Not stars no...more the number in relation to the players age v ability/future performance...

E.g.. an 18 yr old with a quality of 23 (+5) would be the better player than an 18 yr old with a quality of 20 (+2)...

Is this a fair way to judge a youngster??...

No, take a look at the market value, a 18y old with a quality of 30 and market value of 4,5 million is worth much more than a 18y old with a quality of 34 and a market value of 3 million
Currently playing level 8 (season 8)

    The league:
    1st place level 1,2,3,4,5,6,7

    The Champions league:
    1st place level 2,3,4,5,6 - 2nd place level 7

    The cup:
    1/4 final level 3

Understood...basically the more you pay the better the player (but do some further research/judgement before purchase)...

that is an easy example and a obvious one , and its correct

but what about a 18 years old 30 quality value 4.5 million vs a 18 years old 29 quality and 4.36 million vs a 18 years old
26 quality costing 3.95 million ? who you believe is the best of these 3 ?

Looks like all 3 will train equally (fast trainers with that market value), i would go for the player with 29 or 30 quality but first i would take a look at the profile: can they play with both legs, special ability...

well actually the 3d one train faster than the other too and eventually he will be better than the first and second

Are you sure, when i was in that level 4,36 million for 18y old with 29 quality was the best i could find.

but i think fast training is kinda a myth and much theory , as i told in previous reply i noticed some players train better in defferent kind of training like : a 18 years old train in normal practice for 60 % and in hard 90 %

need many test to run for accuracy
