I am thinking in tanking this season because I am in level 15 but playing in level 16 league
so no chance to promotion this season , I want to know in which level I will be next season ?!

If you tank, then you most likely be placed in a L15 league, If you don't tank and promote you maybe placed in a L16 league, but sometimes you may end up in a league a level higher to make up the numbers like you mentioned this season.

Now I am playing in level 16 , I thought that if i did not promoted that i will play in same league level ( 16 ) , not down level ! how is it going ?
this is not fair to play with teams who can buy by 1 token players quality 95:99 and for me 91:94 ! then send me back to level down !

You will be hopefully back in a L15 league because your manager level is L15.
