I don't want to be responsible for your result so I can only advise.

I would play

Team Mentality: Attacking
Focus Passing: Down Both Flanks
Force Counter-Attacks: No
Pressing Style: High (Whole pitch)
Tackling Style: Normal
Passing Style: Mixed
Marking Style: Zonal

Of course, you could go with a defensive option of 4-5-1v playing defend, press high, counter, flanks, long, zonal.

If his team is stronger and you don't want to risk with 352, you could also try 3N151 with passing through wings. This way your centre should stop his, while your wings would have advantage over his fullbacks.
Difference is only in ST/MC between that and 3n142 formation, so it is easy to transform, just one substitution.

Used 3-1-5-1 1st half went down 1-0. Changed to 3-1-4-2 and won 3-1.. Thanks for the help guys.

Hey guys my next opponent uses a 3W-1-3W-1-2 and I see that its counter it's a 3W-2(DMC)-3N-1-1 Tower or a 3N-5-2 Flat (which I think I am gonna go with because I dont have any DMC or AMC). Can you tell me what "Tower" is? Also tactics for the 3N-5-2 Flat I am going to use? Thanks.

And I guess 3N-5-2 flat means 3 DC's, 3MC's, 1 ML, 1 MR and 2 ST's right?

Your opponent's formation is weak through middle due inline position of players. (DMC-MC-AMC). There are few other options. I actually wouldn't suggest Tower and 352 flat, although Counter Formations does, but I'd instead suggest one of these:
3DC-DMC-4-2ST (3n-1-4-2)
4-DMC-2MC-AMC-2ST (narrow diamond)
4-1-3N-2
4-1-4-1

Narrow diamond doesnt seem to work vs 3w-1-3w-1-2.. Lost 2-1 away with little shots. My best players are wingers so Im thinking of using 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1v...

Thats great but as I said I dont have any DMC or AMC in my team and every formation you suggested needs them.
Let's see if I can find anyone cheap in the list to buy. Thank you.

Update: I didn't, I used 3-5-2 flat and got the 1-2 win!
