What is the best counter tactic for this one? 4-4-2 classic or 4-1-4-1? And which orders?

I'd play 3n-3w-2-1-1, normal or def, counter-attacks, through the middle, the rest is up to you.
Or 3w-2-2-2w-1, normal, counter-attacks, flanks or mixed, blah-blah...
Anyway, if you're choosing between those formation, 4-1-4-1 I think looks better. Normal, mixed, mixed, counter-attacks.
