It is easier counter when you are watching your games and also you are learning to play against your opponents.
One game I was about to lose 1:3 and then made few changes. I sent out my ACM (strong) and add one more ST (weak). Also added red arrows to my strong wings and moved them from LM/RM to ALM/ARM. And I played home.
My opponent (who also watched game) made only one change on the field (just to gain green back, i think).
So beacurse of those three reasons I scored three more coals on last 20 minutes (last one on `90) and won 4:3.
From my point of few you have more success when playing home attacking formations and away defending formations... Is that so?
PS! I hate games against 4-5-1 flat.

Against 4-5-1 flat...you should play 3N-5-2 flat with mixed passing and hard tackling. Also remove the counter attack.
