He plays 4-1-1-2w-2 and very defensive. Played different styles so far (also here mentioned 3n-3w-2-2). Results: 0:0, 0:1, 0:2 , also i was between 5% and 10% better team with almost 60% ball pos. and more shots. Please, need a idea for a setup and how to pkay (off/def/middle/wide) thxx so far
    Have you tried 4-1-4-1?
Controlling the middle (with 4 MC/L/R against his one MC) means he won't be able to attack effectively, and without posession he won't be able to counter-attack either.
Therefore, set your counters off, mentality to Normal, passes to Mixed and if % of completed passes is ~85 or less, go for Short. Tackling to Normal. Also, you will probably need High pressing. The rest is up to you.
Oh yeah, in the second half you can also use Man-to-man if you feel like you need defensive boost, but your guys will be exhausted at the end of the game. High pressing and Man-to-man together increase the condition loss by 60-70%, I think.

This is just a theory, and I can't say it definitely will work, I've never tried it against such an opponent. You need to analyze all your previous games, it's hard to give you any advise without knowing exactly what happen -- what were the formations and statistics, what you did and how it changed the games.

Please, tell me the result. And good luck!

Yes 4-3w-3 focus on flanks like i said butter fly toward flanks too, we don't care about middle and enemy's AMC.
