Looking at your team I don't see many special abilities so start training your players . Your formation is a strange one but if it works in your league ? I would recommend a Aml and Amr maybe sacrifice one of your Dc and have a formation ---

Use red up arrows on Aml and Amr to counter down the flanks if you are losing add a red up arrow on Dmc that would make it into an additional Mc if you are winning just leave as it is . Just Train your players hard add special abilities and work your way up the ranks . GOOD LUCK !!!
