Question about training?

Some 18 player gains with Hard training 48% with Stretching, when 20 year old player with Stretching on Normal gains 3%. Can someone explain on what it depends and how to make 20 year player train better?

Every player has their own speed. Generally, the younger guys tend to be better, but it depends on if they are already quite good (a five star will train slower than a three all else being equal) and their market value, the higher are usually better trainers.

What level are you at and how much is that 20yo worth? Tht would give and indication if he is a good trainer or not.

Just another question in here. Do fast trainers slow down a lot each year? Or does it stay the same until they jump from youngster to hot prospect (21-22)?

AFAIK once a fast trainer, always a fast trainer. they should be able to train just a bit faster than those of the same age. not too sure though since i havent really kept players in my team for a long time, but i have seen players training faster than others

A fast trainer Will reduce in around 50% is speed after achiving 22 years old, but he still Will train faster that other 22 years old player with less market value, but the diference in training between a fast trainer and a slow trainer Will reduce with the increase in age.

I'm asking, because I saw an interesting NG this morning, but I didn't buy him because I thought he might slow down significantly 2 days from now. He was 18. Now I feel I should have bought him anyway. As defenders with defensive wall are so rare.

I saw a player skill gain from last match is about +200 and training +75. Age is 21. Player name is Miguel Angel Hipolito. Market value is 2.4M.

Buy an expensive player with 20 age in the transfers tab, make sure it is no users bid the player.
