    Why is the wage so low?

    Hey guys, I have this 20yo player that came from the Training academy, he is a good defender 5* q52 12.7M, currently made it to my first squad (I'm on Lvl 7), but why is his wage so low (140k)??

    It's very low when compared to the rest of my team (the worst are around 250k).
