I made a small test using 11 sets of (1x Skill Drill, 3x Shooting Technique, 1x Stretch).
Total Condition Lost: 90%
Total % Skills Gained: 18%
Average Gain Per 15% Of Condition Used: 3% (slightly higher than I expected)

So, where you put him? In between medium and second class? He is like 3/4 of that of a fast trainer.
I bought him today at 113% and he is already 115% now; not bad.
