    Hi Raiko,

    There are 2 explanations for that:
    1) From the age of 22 the training speed decreases. (i believe it's the same speed for 22-25 years old but im not sure of that)
    2) From the age of 19 different kind of FT (different Tiers) could get grouped in the same price group.Value is therefor unreliable above 18. A max value player could actually be a Tier 2 or Tier 3 in that case. Also not sure which Tiers get combined in which pricegroups, what are the requirements and if it is random.

    Hi Kwal, thank you for your valuable answer. As far as i understand, he could gain more XP(i.e. double XP per session) than this way even at his age 22, if he was the fastest trainer. So 2nd scenario explains my problem, whereas his low quality is appropriate to train him new role, but i missed that he is not a FT
