not true, I disagree...
well, unless you have a really good stock of reds and greens, having a full squad for rotation helps. a lot.
this is the guide I learned the most from when I started, some is out of date but many of the base ideas are still very good.

I do believe that in 2015 most people can get a decent amount of reds and greens by watching videos so 22 players for rotation isn`t needed anymore
nope. some countries still get none. some once a quarter, they can earn a Token, or a booster.
