It works good against 4-1-2-1-2 (4-4-2Narrow Diamond). Tested it few times but going with 3Defenders and none to back up is risky.
Try it- if it works good for you, keep it
As everyone knows, there's no perfect/best formation.
So, the results of my formation are really attractive

Yes, these have been working extremely well for me too. I just had a cup match where I was three goals behind. I used one of your defensive tactics the next match and i made up the three goals and advanced to the next round. Amazing!

    Thanks for this!

the thing i find interesting is the assistant manager is always suggesting I change my settings. Sometimes I'll take his suggestions if I'm up in goals, but for the most part I don't change them and it has been very successful.

I hardly ever listen to him haha.. Only few times whenevre he sugests me to change tackling style..

What formation did you use to come back after being down with 3 goals in 1st leg? 4-5-1 flat ?

Actually it was the 4-5-1 V. I used it the entire second cup match. He was 2 up (2-0) after the first match. The second match I scored three goals and won the round. The final goal came in the last minute. It was fun to watch.

How would you play 4-4-1-1? I'm thinking normal or attacking mentality? Passing down the flanks (ML/MR) or through the middle (AMC)?

Pretty much the same as 4-4-2, i would go with mixed focus if 3 red arrows on amc ml mr & 2 blue on DC DC
If the oppo has aml/amr- just turn into defensive with counter attacks thru the middle: red arrow on the AMC, blue arrows on ml mr dl dr dc dc.
