Training a Special Ability or New Position

How many rest or green need to gave a star without playing the game, like 4* to 5* or 5* to 6*, 18 or 20 yo FT player.

Ps: using world class drill

with the old system it's about 55 greens and 75 greens.
I 'm not sure how w.c. drills can help.
Maybe 20-25 % less
