267,75/15 (replenish from 1 green)= 18 greens
and you gain +80 skills, which mean 80/4 (4 skills = 1 old sp)=20 sp
So with the old training system, in one training 3 bars/practice match/-18% cond.loss this guy is gaining +120 (1,2 sp).
{ 20sp/1.2 sp per time=16,6 training X -18% cond. loss per training =300 /15 (1 green)= 20 greens }.
If you have access to the old version, I would like from you to do 4-5 training to see if this is the result.
I consider this result good but not superb .
* I had some very fast trainer who could get +1,2-1,3 with 5*, q 90%

If he is doing a +100, that means the new training gives you some advantage.
If he is doing a +130, maybe you could give a better combination of drills.
Yeah basically, the de facto conditioning loss was 236 and not 267.75. I don't know why the conditioning loss was that much lower than the expected number (267.75). The actual conditioning loss is listed at the very bottom of the second picture.

I did the testing in the old version, I am a complete analfabet at the old system so I recorded it, here it is:

What is happening? I have no idea lol.
