You don't need to have them strategic like xx-xx, they can be x-xxx as well, also you made a nice formation with your players, is really ok, you should sell your res.

its way too aggressive imho, unless you have a squad rivalling brazil, i wouldnt play that formation. you want to be playing 4 layers, such as 4-2-3-1, or 4-4-1-1, or if you have really good CBs 3-5-2, or even 3-3-2-2

No is not, because he just started to play so it's mean that he's level 1 and you can see he have very good players on defence.

What do you mean four layers? I think the formation is okay, but the arrows are all wrong.

Thanks for the advice. I did think it was too attacking. To switch to 4-2-3-1 I just need to move one striker down into central AMF position right? (See my last pic).

Can I play an MF or ST there? or does it have to be an AMF?

Do you ever use DMFs? Or put players in that line?
