sorry,actually what i want ask here is the time you refers in your tranfer part "around 6-8 is the best but even like that you can find somebody who have a lot of tokens, things like this can happen all the time." ??

I have big time trouble. I play against a team:

First leg was played at my home and I lost 3-0.

I was playing:

Normal style.. Zonal Marking.. Own Field... Mixed Passing... Mixed Direction... No Offside... No Counter
DL, DR, DCs with blue arrows
ML, MC, MR, AMC, ST with red arrows

And I lost 3-0 at my home on first leg. My team 46.7 , opponent 41.8

He was probably playing: Defensive + Counter attacking... All Field...Zonal... Down both flanks..(because his ML scored 2 goals)

At 0-1 I switched to a

with ATTACKING, MIXED, MIXED PASSING, OFFSIDE, MAN-MARKING, ALL FIELD

but still did not succeed to make a goal!!!!!

HOW CAN I COUNTER IT? ANY TIPS?

Currently my team lie at 7th position and all other has far better player than me
I am tweaking the tactic a little bit and hopefully it work.
I am benching most of my off form player and hope to get new player.

It's almost the end of season you should let your team to lose and try again next season :P in this way you can save some tokens for transfers.

Yes but thats England time (gmt+0) for me 6-8 is 4-6 in the morning (server time) right after maintenance so for you best time it should be after 11 your hour .
