no, I think I can't.
The old times, it was about 3-4 months out of the game but i think that this has changed.
you don't start from LV1 but from the LV you left the team.

From this season I abandoned two teams (9& 15 LV) but they are still "friends" of my main team, so maybe I can see if there is some change in their levels after some months.
