I am Level 11 and my attendance is 106k/139k. 106k is my fan limit.

What's your current manager level? What ticket prices are you selling your fans?

lvl3 has a 6k Max attendance. Ticket prices have to $2 to get full attendance. 3+ reduces attendance

Do not rush with the stadium. Upgrade all the facilities first, then build additional seats step by step, and only after that upgrade the stadium itself.

correct

but you need also
- a parking for your fans
- some toilets
- a good team to play some attractive football
