Not sure if it's worthy to buy and invest in such a low q player

Yeah he was a test... On my main club I trained from 67% to 114% with 198 rests. But there I have much better training level, so all drills are maxed out.

IMO white skills still matter, I won the league last season despite being one of the weaker overall quality clubs. Also the goal difference was the best by far (+82 while 2nd place stronger guy had only +47)... Maybe they are not as important as before, but you notice a difference in the long run.

please help me to analyze this player... Bought when he was 40% (on purpose so i have low grey skill), i train him to 99%... And now if i train (for white skill), 15% drill will only give him average of 1.5.. So using 5 green pack, usually only help him to gain around 7-8% skill... Is that normal?

If you want him to keep gaining you gotta hit those grey skills now. And those grey skills should gain 5/6 points with a 15-18% set of drills.
In this way every player in every team with the same quality will have the same set of skills. Nice going Nordeus, you've taken another step towards a simple dice roll game.

You have to find drills, which improve white skills and also add 1 or 2 greys in for him to gain much again. Example Recommendation would be Set Piece Delivery, Carioca with Ladders, Fast Counter Attacks....

maybe it's something different (as the TE2015 from TE2016).

Ok, for this young player I got (a 14t academy player) I spent 100 greens
50+25 for this set of drills, to improve most his defensive skills
and 25 more, to improve more the physicals


If I didn't care about improving his white skills, I could give him this +20% to quality, with 75 greens.
