please help me to analyze this player... Bought when he was 40% (on purpose so i have low grey skill), i train him to 99%... And now if i train (for white skill), 15% drill will only give him average of 1.5.. So using 5 green pack, usually only help him to gain around 7-8% skill... Is that normal?

If you want him to keep gaining you gotta hit those grey skills now. And those grey skills should gain 5/6 points with a 15-18% set of drills.
