more & more are catching on to this because it´s not against any rules is it ?

I think its an exploit, not a cheat. I think there are more people aware if, but not abusing it out of concern they'll get there accounts banned or packs deducted down the road, instead of abusing it. But they'll gradually shift to the abusing the exploit category if it isn't addressed.
