I hope. that they will do something about it, but when? The other question is, how and if they will rollback the skill points earned like that?
I personally think, that they will change the system, but as it is possible at the moment to do that, then banning managers, who found a way to train, will be hard and if it becomes banning huge number of managers, then we will lose more and more active players...
It's kind of strange and difficult situation at the moment I think...

I think its an exploit, not a cheat. I think there are more people aware if, but not abusing it out of concern they'll get there accounts banned or packs deducted down the road, instead of abusing it. But they'll gradually shift to the abusing the exploit category if it isn't addressed.
