[OFFICIAL] Issues with the Association Tournament last week

We apologize for the issue that affected Association tournaments this past weekend. As a thank you for your patience, we have given 10 tokens to all Managers who play Association.

Additionally!
On top of the 10 tokens, we have rewarded the additional tokens you would have received if you had won the latest tournament with maximum points.

Can you give as a draft analysis of what parts of the game were affected.

Was issue delimited in associations only?
Were finals of champions and nivea cup affected as well?

This bug affected only the F.A. system and its tournaments. No other competition in the game was affected.

But the losses with these matches were much more bigger than 10-15T.

With relegation/promotion -> Lose all the hard work, that association members have done and also bigger amount of tokens that have been lost...

Dont wanna sound greedy, but still it sucks.
Our FA was going down because of the bug. So we lost more as 10 tokens. And we were relegated.

It doesnt matter if we got the tokens. We could have stay in our division if it wasnt the bug. A season is wasted!! Still cant believe we lost to an abandon F.A.

So you are saying that those who stayed in the same division were not affected by your incompetence and they didn't deserve any rewards(those 10T is an insult,not reward)
