Hi all, we're still investigating claiming issues. I'll provide another update as soon as I have one.

Hopefully this gets resolved quickly, and before another International Cup kicks off. Hopefully the original reward is what the winners receive, otherwise that would be 2 out of 3 International Cups where the reward differed from beginning to end. I've enjoyed the game for the past 4+ years, and the new features are welcome, but some predictability is appreciated. Keep up the good/hard work! Thank you for keep us informed.
