International Cup rewards

Thank you for the update, but as I stated in my above post these aren’t the players I chose. I do understadn you ate working hatd to fix the bug, but this isn’t what was promised in my opinion. I really hope there will be additional action on this so all winnets can get the players they chose (and were promised)

We've got an update surrounding this issue affecting claiming.

-For those who won the International Cup, we have added the best 3 players to your club team and have also added a star to your emblem.
-There are a few Managers for whom we haven't been able to perform this migration. If you aren't seeing your 3 players in your club team, please contact our Support using the "?" in-game.
-For those who won 3 International Cups and unlocked a Legendary player that you were unable to claim, please contact our Support team using the "?" in-game.

I sent message with "?". He said me we'll add players who want for your team. I wrote player names but nothing happened since 3 days. I'll delete my account if i don't claim my rewards. Thanks...

I have problem receiving the reward for 3rd international cup as well. Only the cup, no 3rd star, no players from national team, no legendary player. Hope you guys fix this soon.

I've noticed I have 3 new International Cup team members on my Top11 Squad. Thanks for doing that. However the 3 I was awarded weren't the 3 I had originally chosen when the failure happened. 2 of the 3 are useless to me.

Last month I came 2nd in the final and took a 149% MR. He has played all this season and only gained 1%. They don't train at all and gain virtually nothing in skill points. Luckily he was already 149% so i put up with it although his performances are poor too. The month before i took a 125% player and same problem. doesn't train or gain skill points. Best prize is 3rd place in the IC Cup cos winning players is a crap prize.

How do you message them with the "?" I only see their FAQ which do not relate to our problem.

I have won all 3 International Cups, so I would like my Legendary player please!!!! I do not see ANYTHING in the "?" that relates to this problem. Please provided better directions on how to claim this award.

I would highly recommend getting the International Cup properly figured out before running another one. You are pissing off your most active players, and run a real risk of losing them!

You have to click on the message button at the top right corner of the screen to enter private chat. There you can describe your problem.
