We've got an update surrounding this issue affecting claiming.

-For those who won the International Cup, we have added the best 3 players to your club team and have also added a star to your emblem.
-There are a few Managers for whom we haven't been able to perform this migration. If you aren't seeing your 3 players in your club team, please contact our Support using the "?" in-game.
-For those who won 3 International Cups and unlocked a Legendary player that you were unable to claim, please contact our Support team using the "?" in-game.
