The problem is getting worst.
Last days I must make another action in team's formation so to trigger a sub.

Today with my team Forest, I started watching in half break.
Saw that my ST was injured and replaced by another ST.
Later on, when I went to team's set up, saw that my injured player was still in the field.
And make the sub again

Late subs came back again. Two days in a row, changes took place after 40 match mins. Both cases I had a player sent off, so I needed the change of players and positions. Is it at least going to be fixed in TE2019?

This issue is still not addressed by game developers. It is too frequent now and needs to be tackled. Today I had a game against my strongest league opponent. I scored and then my MC was booked. Tried to substitute him in the 60th minute, but this never happened till the end. Because of this opponent scored twice and I lost. It seems like the game made me play with 10 men during the time of the substitution. I tried to log off and back on even, but again no substitution happened. Very angry about that. It was a very important game and not the first time it happened to me. Sick of it really.

I truly hope for a fix sooner, cause it leads to a lot of injustice. I've been playing for six years and never experienced something as annoying as not being able to make a sub during live match.

I found my solution on this by making the sub at the half-time, or, if needed at around 70-75 min.
Had no luck with a sub in 80th+ minute...
