No... the main purpose of this topic was to find what formations are illegal or not and also to prevent managers playing an illegal formation without actually them noticing they are using an illegal formation. It serves it's purpose.

I might be thick, but what happens if you play against someone with an illegal formation.
Tonights fixture is for 2nd and 3rd place and I noticed my opponent has set his team in an illegal formation right now.
He's playing:
DL -- DC -- DC -- DC
ML -- MC --MC -- MC
-- -- --- --- AMC
------------ ST ----



Does it end up in him having a 20% possesion in favour? Or does it end up me only having 20% possesion
I'm just wondering if I should make a screenshot on my mobile (since I will be away from my PC tonight) and report him if it turns out to be an advantage for him.

Could anyone give me heads up about this since I dont want to win or lose against someone being an Jack***

You will get 80% possession.

You are not guaranteed a win but you'll definitely get the bulk of the attacks

if you have a look at the forum there's a topic that says counterformations. Have a look at it and you will find one or two counterformations which might be suitable for your team ali08saratan

Which part don't you understand?

• Goalkeeper (Must be player's natural position i.e. a GK)
• Some combination of at least 3 defenders (i.e. 3 players anywhere in the back row )
• At least 1, but no more than 2, players on EACH outside flank. {the D(L/R), DM(L/R), M(L/R), AM(L/R) slots}
• at least 3 midfielders (DM*, M*, AM*) at least one of which has to be in the middle row (MC, ML or MR) *This rule isn't totally confirmed
• At least 4 players on the opponents side of the pitch.
• at least 1 Striker
