To beat a team of équal quality who played 4 1 3w 2 I plan to play

    -----DC ---DC ---DC-----
    ------------DMC------------
    MR----MC-----MC----ML
    ------------------------------
    ---------ST------ST--------
With red arrow on ML/ MR
Defensive, through the middle, half pitch, normal , long passes, counter attack, no offside
Does it look ok to counter like this??

You say 4-4-2 is effective vs 4-2mc-3w-1 but how about tactics and arrows?

4-4-2 classic is always used with short passing with down both flanks, no offside trap or counter. Rest is up to you

Hola, repuesto a ti en ingles, porque la gente quiere entender que hablamos (y solo hablo poco español)
(Hello, I answer in English, because the other people want to understand what we discuss, too (additionally I only speak few words Spanish).

It depends what style of 4-2-1-2-1 it is. Does he play 4-2-1-2W-1 (DL-DC-DC-DR-DMC-DMC-MC-AML-AMR-ST) or 4-2N-1-2N-1 (DL-DC-DC-DR-DMC-DMC-MC-AMC-AMC-ST)?

Against 4-2N-1-2W-1 there is a counter on the first page: 5-2MC-2(AML/AMR)-1. (looks quite defensive, but it contains offensive wing players (use force passing down both wings) and that is important when facing such a system.

For 4-2N-1-2N-1 there is no counter given, but it is a very centered based tactic. Use the wing offensively to your advantage. Because of his AMCs I would give 3-5V-1 or 4-5V-1 a try.

4-1-2-3, first page 4-1-4-1. (please use the well made table of positions on first page )

What does down both flanks mean? Focus pass on both flanks or blue arrow both flanks?

It means concentrate passing down the flanks, found in the orders part of your tactics sceen.

If 4-4-2 classic is best vs 4-2n-3W(AM)-1, then is 4-5-1V Style best vs 3W-2n-3W(AM)-2. The difference being they have swapped a DC for an ST, so it much more attacking.

Ok Thanks just Set it, 4-4-2 normal, both flanks, normal tackling, short pass, defensive.

Our 1st 11 is almost same strength (me a little better), should İ better go offensive or leave defensive since his formation is already offensive

Play normal, then adjust depending on how you're doing. I only play defensive vs much stronger opponents normally.
