How to Win Against Any Formation?

His other formation he had an AMC instead of the ST

The 3-2-3-2 can be beaten by the 4-4-2 Classic. The 4-4-2 is not thought to be an ideal formation to use, however it is one of the most balanced formations in football.
Best used with normal mentality, down both flanks, short passing, zonal marking with normal tackling. No counterattack and no offside trap ... whole pitch.

and in the second half put red arrows at MR/L and red arrows at DR/L ... hard attacking ... short passing ... no counter no offside trap ... down both flanks ... whole pitch .

You can use 4 4 2 classic with red arrows on MR/L and red arrows on DR/L.

Short pass ... Down both flanks ... No counter attack .. No offside trap.

It depends on your squad .. but generally there are great formations like :

4 1 2 1 2 Narrow Diamond ...

4 5 1 V with red arrows on AML/R ...

4 5 1 with 3 MCs ...

4 3 1 2
DR/L .. 2 DCs ... one MC .. ML/R ..AMC ... 2 ST.

always depend on 4 in the back .

This my opinion because all managers who play with it know that it's limited in attack ... but when saying it the most balanced formation this not mean that you can always play with it .

You may face great manager who has great squad and when you play against him if he is great in attack you will not be able to face him and win ...

Finally there is no formation is best all the time ... you need to see your opponent formation and put a counter one to it ... don't depend on one formation .
